Jack Nevitt has been a nature photographer since the early 1970s.  He retired from the Federal Government in 2003 where he worked as a photo lab tech and video production specialist for over 30 years. Since retiring, he has been photographing nature and wildlife. Jack has also worked for the Washington Examiner and the Potomac News as a freelance sports photographer.

Jack Is the owner of Virginia Digital Photo Safaris based in Northern Virginia. It offers photo workshops on location in Va, Md, Pa, De and Fl. Jack really enjoys helping people take better photos and this venue serves him very well.

Jack was also the field trip coordinator for the Manassas Warrenton Camera Club for 5 years.

Jack has been published by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority, Time Life Magazine, Loudoun Magazine and other local and national publications.
